Honestly, I cannot say enough about Randee's posture class.  I am a full-time faculty member at a College and have been working and teaching from home for over a year due to the pandemic.  I kept myself sane walking daily until I got Achilles heel tendonitis.  A friend of mine had been taking Randee's class for about a year and suggested I give it a try and I have been attending the weekly class for a few months.  

First, I so enjoy the class itself.  It is very accessible and yet feels like I am doing very important work on my body.  I have learned a lot about the alignment of my body and have brought that understanding into my daily movement - such as consciously aligning my feet while walking.  After several months, I feel more stable and sturdy and have resumed my daily walking up to 4 miles per day.  

Working at a computer all day has also wreaked havoc on my neck and upper back.  I have learned some very simple movements that I do throughout the day that support both my walking and my endless computer work (for example, I do a series of exercises in the shower every day!).  Also, when I take breaks during the day I incorporate some of the movements I learned from Randee to alleviate some of the tension in my neck and shoulders while getting some deep relaxation.   The class and movements to use every day feel easy, strengthening and rejuvenating and I highly recommend you give it a try.  - Denise F.

Randee helped me get my life back to what it used to be. After the eight weeks or so with Randee’s skype sessions I’m back to daily activities without having to think about when I’m going to have to stop them to manage my pain. My posture has improved significantly and I’m standing taller and stronger than before. All the exercises Randee has you perform have a reason behind them, they aren’t just hoops you are told to jump through to reach your goal. I have been in Randee’s weekly posture alignment class for at least a couple of years now, both in-person and Zoom online. Randee is dedicated and shares her knowledge andpassion for posture alignment. For the in-person class, she makes sure our posture is aligned. She also shares an interesting story or personal practices to improve our experience, like posture or exercise for people who sit a lot at work like me. For the zoom class, she demonstrates each posture patiently and in detail. We even have a meditation session at the end. I signed up for Posture and Alignment Classes for 8 weeks with Randee. It was so beneficial for me. She made sure the exercises addressed my own posture problem. The class is fun. She also teach the exercises and how to incorporate them in your life. Something happened to me and make me realize that it really works is that after a class with Randee, I was going home and had to adjust the rearview mirror because I was taller!
